Springtime is prime time for Cobia following rays (March through May). These fish are targeted in the ocean. They can be found right on the beach or miles out on wrecks & reefs. Find one and you usually find a few. They readily take flies, jigs and live bait. Low IQ and strong fighting spirit make these a favorite among most saltwater anglers.
